Thomas Bohrer has practiced Immigration Law, both as a private attorney and a government officer, for over thirty years. He has extensive experience in all areas of immigration legal practice with particular emphasis on business or employment immigration, overseas visa applications, family petition immigration, and naturalization (conversion of permanent resident status to United States citizenship).
He became involved in this field starting in 1976 as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer. He served as a consular officer in Montreal, Canada; London, England; and Tijuana, Mexico where he did both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa adjudications. He was chief of the nonimmigrant visa section in Tijuana during his time at that post.
Mr. Bohrer has structured his fee schedule to feature affordable monthly payments to enable clients of modest means to benefit from the services of a skilled and highly qualified attorney.
